Complete, Thorough, Accurate and up to date Investigative Reports	NBS conducts the most complete thorough, accurate and up to date investigative reports in the background industry. Our staff is comprised of licensed, bonded and insured investigators with law enforcement experience. Most of our competitors use non-trained minimum waged personnel to complete your background screening of prospective employees. Most states across the country require a person who conducts a background screening to be a licensed investigator. You will find most of our competitors neither are licensed investigators nor licensed at all. Most of our competitors do not have any investigative experience. They simply have their untrained personnel enter an applicants name into an outdated database and whatever information they get back from that database, sell it to you the consumer and call it a ”background screening”. NBS does not have an online search for our clients for a number of reasons. Our clients provide us with an actual copy of the application so that we can look for items that we are trained to look for, looking for deception. We can’t do our job for our clients just by looking at a name. Most of our competitors will only search applicants by the names and addresses provided by the applicant or only check records for the applicant’s current county of residence. NBS runs a credit header on each applicant then will run a criminal history in each county that they have ever lived. We also conduct other searches that our competitors can not or do not perform, because they are not licensed investigators.
Reports That Are Easily Read and Understandable	Sometime trying to read and understand records from courts, government agencies, schools, past employers, references and credit bureaus is very time consuming and sometime aggravating. NBS’s investigators complete your background report so that it is easy to understand an easy to read. We provide you with the information that you can understand so that you can make a well-informed hiring decision. Most of our competitors provide reports to their clients that is hard to read and to understand. Some competitors provide reports in the same format in which it was received from the source making it almost impossible for the client to understand and offer no assistance or explanation as to it’s meaning.

No Monthly Minimum No Set Up Fees No Contracts	NBS does not charge our clients any monthly minimum or set up fees, nor do we ask our client to sign a contract. We are confident you will be more than happy with our background investigations and customer services. We don’t want our client to feel that holding a contract over their head is holding them hostage. We have no activation fees, or minimum number of reports required for our clients. Our goal is to help all our customers, no matter how many employees they need to hire.

Completion Times	Our completion times average 2 to 3 days, depending on the how in depth the background is. We are bound by how fast we can get the information back from courts, past employers, and educational institutions. The vast majority of our reports are completed within the 2 to 3 day timeframe.
